This debut still stands as a bracing fusion of street smart riffage, riddled with commercial hooks....Not quite a classic but certainly a notable debut.
Their sound coalesced around Moore's burn-up blues guitaring....Cream, Allman Brothers and Hendrix are obvious influences....they had a spare intensity all their own...

the only favourite skid row album..

have you check The Last Hard Men and Sebastian latest band Frameshift?? James Southworth was in this band called Prunella Scales n 1997. While Phil Varone who later join them in the Thickskin album in 2003 was originally a member of Saigon Kick.
